Shipping & Refund Policy
Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
We offer shipping to most countries around the world, and we strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We utilize multiple shipping locations, so your order may come in multiple packages for quickest delivery.
We offer a range of shipping options, including standard and express shipping, depending on the destination and delivery time desired. Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination, weight of the package, and shipping method chosen.
We offer free Domestic Shipping in the US for all orders over $35 USD. For international orders please select a shipping option at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be charged by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify the customer and offer to reship the order at an additional cost.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or supplements) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with a credit placed in your account.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
